The Basics

This website is run by Jitters Design Co. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean us. When we say "you," we mean you. Simple enough.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, that's cool, but you can't use the site or buy our stuff. Read through this so you know what you're signing up for.

Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm:

☕ You're at least the age of majority where you live (no selling to kids)
☕ You won't use our products for anything illegal or sketchy
☕ You won't break any laws while using our site (seems obvious, but here we are)

Products & Services

Everything we sell is made to order using print on demand fulfillment. What you see in the product photos is pretty close to what you'll get, but slight variations in color or placement can happen. That's just how custom printing works.

We can modify or discontinue any product whenever we want. No hard feelings.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but we're human. If something's wrong or outdated, we're not responsible if you rely on it. Use your judgment.

Pricing & Payment

Prices can change without warning. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (wrong price, out of stock, suspicious activity, etc.).

If we mess up a price or listing, we'll cancel the order and refund you. No one's getting a $5 shirt because of a typo.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates, not promises. We can't control postal carriers, customs delays, natural disasters, or whatever else the universe throws at us. We'll do our best, but we're not responsible for things outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Check out our Return & Refund Policy for the full breakdown. By buying from us, you're agreeing to that policy too.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, whatever) that come from using our site or products. Wear the shirt, enjoy the sarcasm, but don't sue us if life happens.

Indemnification

Fancy legal word that means: if you break these terms or do something illegal and it causes us problems, you're responsible. Not us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US law. If there's a legal issue, American rules apply.

Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms whenever we need to. If you keep using the site after we make changes, that means you accept them. We won't send a newsletter about it, so check back occasionally if you're curious.
