Return & Refund Policy

At Jitters Design Co., we make each item fresh just for you. No mass production, no stale inventory sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Just your shirt, printed on demand. Because of this, returns are tricky. Here's the deal:

All Sales Are Final

Since your order is custom printed after you hit "buy," we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

☕ Ordering the wrong size (check those size charts, friend)
☕ Changing your mind (we get it, but we can't un-print your shirt)
☕ Typos in your shipping address (double check before checkout)

Take a second to review your order before you finalize it. Future you will thank present you.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order shows up looking rough, we'll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is:

☕ Damaged in shipping
☕ Defective or misprinted
☕ The wrong design or item entirely

Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll review it and send you a replacement or refund. No charge, no drama.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually process within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's speed (which we have zero control over, unfortunately).

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but it's nowhere to be found:

☕ Check with neighbors or your mail carrier first
☕ We're not responsible for packages that vanish after confirmed delivery (we wish we had that kind of power, but we don't)
