Shipping Policy

At Jitters Design Co., everything is made to order through our print on demand partners. That means no sad inventory collecting dust. Just your shirt, printed fresh after you order it. Here's how it works:

Processing Time

Your order gets made once you place it. No shortcuts, no pre-printed stock.

☕ Production time: 2–5 business days
☕ We don't produce or ship on weekends or holidays (we need coffee breaks too)

During busy times like holidays, sales, or product launches, production might take a little longer. We'll do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping Time

Once your order is printed and ready to go, here's what to expect:

☕ United States: 3–7 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or Mercury being in retrograde. We can't control the postal gods, but we'll get your order out the door as fast as we can.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you live, how much your order weighs, and which fulfillment partner is handling it. No surprises at the end.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh the page like the rest of us. Tracking info can take 24 to 48 hours to show up after your order leaves the facility, so give it a minute before panicking.

Incorrect Addresses

Double check your shipping address before you check out. Seriously.

☕ We're not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address because of a typo
☕ If your order gets returned because the address was wrong, you might have to pay extra shipping to get it re-sent

Save yourself the hassle and review your info before hitting "buy."

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems lost or delayed:

☕ Wait for the full estimated shipping timeframe before worrying
☕ If tracking says it was delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbors or local carrier first

We're not responsible for packages that vanish after they've been confirmed as delivered. We wish we had that kind of tracking power, but we don't.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
